Welcome to Base Coach ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Base Coach soccer team management application and related services provided by Base Coach.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Base Coach is a web-based application that provides:

• Soccer team management tools
• Player roster and statistics tracking
• Match scheduling and result recording
• Team analytics and performance insights
• AI-powered coaching assistance (Pro subscription)
• Advanced reporting features (Pro subscription)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Eligibility

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Free Plan

Base Coach offers a free plan with basic team management features. Free accounts are subject to usage limitations.

4.2 Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions provide access to premium features including:

• AI Assistant Coach functionality
• Advanced analytics and insights
• Customizable reports and exports
• Support for up to 3 teams
• Priority customer support

4.3 Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Base Coach for legitimate soccer team management purposes only.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses

6. User Content

Base Coach integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Firebase for authentication and data storage
• Stripe for payment processing
• Google AI for assistant functionality

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Availability in all geographic regions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
